I believe a coach’s job is to help you uncover what you already know. I believe you have the answers within you. My role is not to give you advice, but to guide you and help you reclaim what you already know. This is your life to live and experience. This is your journey. I want to be there to support you and be the person that helps you see outside your box. We are incapable of seeing our own blind spots and incongruence. My job is to help you go from uninformed optimism (hoping things will get better) to informed realism (living intentionally, making things better).
I get asked a lot of questions about coaching. These are my answers to the FAQs I receive. Coaches are all different. You need to find one that resonates with you. If that’s me, great! If not, best of luck to you.
