I first met Christian 8 months ago at a Leadership conference where we connected and worked through various leadership awareness exercises. Christian and I have continued to work together since. As a Leadership coach myself, I value the insight and perspective that Christian’s experience and wisdom offer, as well as his hands-on approach to actively executing vision in the now vs delaying it based on current circumstances. As Christian often states, “there is a crisis in Leadership” because of an overall misunderstanding and poor representations of what true empathic and servant leadership looks like. Christian is an excellent example of Leadership, and of the result we are all working to becoming: inspired, insightful, and influential; a force for the development of greatness in others and serving the greater good while showing what becomes possible for the excellence of self when we act with intention and a disregard for our personal comfort.
